This option allows for packages from 16kg, up to 30 kg in weight.

• We will contact you with a collection timeslot.

• Your customer will receive a one-hour delivery timeslot, notified in advance via SMS or email.

• The recipient can track their parcel in real-time on a live map, with a countdown to the final 15-minute timeslot.

• You can provide delivery instructions for our driver for both collection and delivery.
